★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio lleve mi carro por un ruido en la suspension un rechinido y eso se le informo cuando me recibieron el carro me lo revisaron y me pasaron un presupuesto de 27,000 mil pesos y viendo el presupuesto me querian cambiar toda la suspensio n incluso me cotizaron las 4 llantas lo cual yo solo queria q le quitaran el ruido la señorita de ventanilla muy grosera me dijo que ahi no quitaban ruidos 0yo le dije q eso lo sabia pero cambiandole la pieza q estuviera dañada se le quitaria el ruido se momestaron porque no acepte su presupuesto y me dijeron q cambiandole la horquilla se le quitaria sr la cambiaron y le cambiaron balatas y me cobraron arriba de tres mil pesos no me resolvieron mi problema siguio sonandono se si se molestaron porque no acepte su presupuesto tan descabellado es una tridteza porque cuando empezo en av.de la luz no era tan selectivo para los trabajos es una lastima porque era un taller muy recomendable
Terrible service I took my car due to a noise in the suspension a squeak and that was informed when they received the car they reviewed it and they gave me a budget of 27,000 thousand pesos and seeing the budget they wanted to change all the suspension and they even quoted me the 4 tires which I just wanted to remove the noise, the very rude lady at the window told me that there they did not remove noises 0 I told her that I knew that but by changing the part that was damaged, the noise would be removed, they were miserable because I did not accept her budget and they told me that by changing the fork, it would be removed, they changed it and changed braces and they charged me over three thousand pesos, they did not solve my problem, it continued to sound, I don't know if they bothered because I did not accept their crazy budget, it is a tridity because when it started in Av.de la luz it was not so selective for the works it is a shame because it was a highly recommended workshop
