Mi auto demoró 2 semanas en taller, y la última fué porque el manager estaba tomando cursos. Necesitaba el auto desde antes, pero hubo nula atención esa semana. Del mismo modo, el auto le provocaron un corto, al conectar erróneamente la batería; esto provocó el quemado de un fusible, la baja de la batería, y las luces dañadas. Tuve que pagar los daños. Reporté con el gerente, y no ofreció ningún tipo de responsabilidad. Acudí al servicio por su reputación, y recomendación particular, pero se debe tomar mucha más atención a lo anterior. Orden de servicio No. 0404.
