Terrible, they are not serious, the one at the desk that receives the cars, they cited me 3 days in a row at 8 and always with an excuse, sure because it was a guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos nuestro primer y último Chrysler, independientemente de la cantidad de desperfectos y componentes defectuosos en el vehículo desde planta; por la actitud de la agencia y sus mañas con la aseguradora, negando la existencia de partes en planta de Toluca (la cual comprobé al comunicarme con el departamento de refacciones de otra agencia en CDMEX), dejando el automovil en algun rincón del taller por semanas para que el cliente se desespere, se lo lleve y asi evadir las reparaciones costosas de daños con cobertura.
Pura corrupción, jamás vuelvo.

Se comunican a tiempo contigo para avisarte acerca de la evolución del mantenimiento de tu vehículo y sus instalaciones son buenas y modernas. Cuenta con baños y se ubica en una muy buena zona.
