★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan presupuestos ya que temen a que les exijan el precio de “presupuesto” forzosamente tengo que llevar el Televisor (en mi caso) para que me den una cotización de sus servicios (aunque eso implica trasladarme 4Hrs de camino y un gasto de $500 pesos. Pongo 2 estrellas porque la Atención es amable, sino ni una ponía (son Centro de Servicio Autorizado Hisense y no tienen procedimientos de presupuestos por tipo de falla)
They do not give budgets since they fear that they will demand the price of “budget” I necessarily have to take the TV (in my case) to give me a quote for their services (although that means moving 4 hours on the road and an expense of $ 500 pesos .I put 2 stars because the Attention is friendly, but not a ponía (they are Hisense Authorized Service Center and do not have budget procedures by type of failure)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA MÁS LG y menos Servicios LG PR. Desgraciadamente probaron reparar nuestro Refri que guardaron 3 semanas y al final un mes después ni resultó ! Perdimos $4900. Además nos dañaron la fuente de agua que ya no podemos seguir usando. Si tienen un refri LG de 15 años con fuga... No vayan a servicio LG, otros se lo pueden en dos horas diagnóstico y reparación integral funcional por 2000pesos, llamen a un particular no a LG.
NEVER MORE LG and less LG PR Services. Unfortunately they tried to repair our Refri that they saved 3 weeks and in the end a month later it did not work! We lost $ 4900. They also damaged the water source that we can no longer use. If you have a 15-year-old LG refrigerator leaking ... Do not go to LG service, others can do it in two hours, diagnosis and integral functional repair for 2000 pesos, call a private person, not LG.
