A lousy service, the phones ring and ring, no one answers, when they finally deign to answer you, the people who attend you have neither the capacity nor the knowledge to serve or guide those who request it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo servicio público, muuuucho tiempo de espera, al final no obtuve nada de beneficio para mi, solo fui un número mas... Mucho desorden, burocracia y nos hicieron ir para una cosa y acabamos yendo de acarreadxs a un evento que tenían... Que raro no?
Like all public service, a lot of waiting time, in the end I got nothing of benefit for me, I was just a number more ... A lot of disorder, bureaucracy and they made us go for one thing and we ended up going from acarreadxs to an event they had. .. How strange, is not it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siento que se hace mucho con lo que se da. Ahorita con la dirección del secretario Cuéllar siento que se rescatan proyectos invisibles en sexenios pasados: ICATEP, cooperativas, fomento a la capacitación, etc.
Ha mejorado y vienen más cambios.
I feel that much is done with what is given. Right now with Secretary Cuéllar's direction, I feel that invisible projects are being rescued in past six years: ICATEP, cooperatives, training promotion, etc.
It has improved and more changes are coming.
