★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimooooo servicio, te cobran la visita a tu casa y te dicen que eso se descontara al final del servicio y ooo sorpresa jamás regresan ni te hablan, termine fijándome en el youtu como se hacía y me salió más caro la visita que la pieza, además que la cotizaba en miles, jamás regresaré así sea el único lugar que repare lavadoras
Pesimooooo service, they charge you for the visit to your house and they tell you that it will be discounted at the end of the service and ooo surprise they never return or speak to you, I ended up looking at youtu as it was done and the visit was more expensive than the piece, also That was priced in thousands, I will never return even if it is the only place that repairs washing machines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un presupuesto para la reparación de mi secadora. Me dijeron que fallaba una pieza que nada que ver con el verdadero fallo de mi secadora y lo cotizaban en miles de pesos. Pedí una segunda opinión por suerte y me di cuenta de que el personal de este lugar es, o poco honesto o no tienen conocimiento ni experiencia en lo que se dedican. Abusados, para nada los recomiendo. Pidan una segunda opinión.
I asked for a quote for the repair of my dryer. They told me that a piece that had nothing to do with the real failure of my dryer failed and they quoted it in thousands of pesos. I asked for a second opinion by luck and I realized that the staff of this place is either not honest or have no knowledge or experience in what they do. Abused, I do not recommend them at all. Ask for a second opinion.

A bunch of very despotic people! Rude I went to make a deposit and the girl there told me that there was no change and threw the money at me they are disgusting people .. lousy service it can't be that oxxo has that kind of people if that's how they can be told
