It's a disgusting service, they didn't leave my washing machine right, I call them and they never respond the same by WhatsApp message and they don't even have the delicacy to answer. Really disastrous all of the service

FRAUDE!!!!
No reparan nada, mas bien descomponen, no responden llamadas, no responden mensajes, no cumplen con su garantía. Me terminaron dañando mi refrigerador y jamás respondieron por su supuesta garantía de un año. Los teléfonos que ponen en sus ordenes de trabajo ni siquiera existen.

They don't repair anything, rather they break down, they don't answer calls, they don't answer messages, they don't honor their warranty. They ended up damaging my refrigerator and they never responded to their supposed one-year warranty. The phone numbers they put on their work orders don't even exist.

Asco de servicio, su servicio y nada es exactamente lo mismo.
Al principio te contestan luego luego y son muy "atentos" y luego no tienen ni la decencia de contestar mensajes.
Se quedaron con la tarjeta lógica de mi lavadora que ellos descomposieron y ya no me contestan.
They are not going to fall, they promise to provide the service and they leave you halfway and do not answer any calls or messages.
Service disgust, their service and nothing is exactly the same.
At first they answer you later and they are very "attentive" and then they don't even have the decency to answer messages.
They kept the logic card of my washing machine that they broke down and they no longer answer me.
