★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del Sepomex con este Mexpost y Correos de México es demasiado deficiente; la actualización de los rastreos sigue siendo efectuada de forma manual por empleados de las oficinas locales y la logística es casi preindustrial; uno quisiera que fuese una opción económica y viable para hacer y recibir envíos, pero no es fiable y los empleados de las oficinas locales se roban y revenden mercancías no registradas
The Sepomex service with this Mexpost and Correos de México is too poor; tracking updates are still done manually by local office employees and logistics is almost pre-industrial; one would like it to be an inexpensive and viable option for making and receiving shipments, but it is unreliable and unregistered merchandise is stolen and resold by local office employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un servicio “bueno” podrían mejorar, tienes que llevar tu cinta y marcador o pluma este segundo es más fácil que te lo prestan, lleva tu paquete abierto para revisión sino te mandarán a comprar cinta y adentro del aeropuerto es elevado el costo
They have a “good” service, they could improve, you have to bring your tape and marker or pen this second it is easier for them to lend it to you, take your package open for review, otherwise they will send you to buy tape and inside the airport the cost is high

Si pueden llamar antes para confirmar que tengan servicios al 100% y que necesitan mejor, se ahorrarán muchos dolores de cabeza. Cosas que podrían necesitar: papel Manila, cinta, pegamento blanco, marcador, pluma y mucha mucha paciencia y tiempo. Mexpost llega en 15 días a Estados Unidos a muy buen precio.
Attentive staff but terrible service and processes in all offices. If they can call ahead to confirm that they have 100% service and that they need better, it will save a lot of headaches. Things you might need: Manila paper, tape, white glue, marker, pen, and lots of patience and time. Mexpost arrives in the United States in 15 days at a very good price.
