★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio solo engañan a la gente según vinieron a checar la lavadora y la dejaron peor ahora quiero q me hagan válida la garantía y ya no responden los teléfonos y si lo llegan a hacer te dicen una fecha y hora y no acuden q falta de responsabilidad haber si eso le hacen a Profeco ahora q les llegue
 Terrible service, they only deceive people as they came to check the washing machine and left it worse, now I want the guarantee to be valid and they no longer answer the phones and if they do, they tell you a date and time and they do not come because of lack of responsibility have if they do that to Profeco now that it reaches them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejaron mal una lavadora, no iban cuando te decían que según ya iban para tu casa, y aparte de dejarla mal ya ni siquiera contestan el teléfono para hacer su grandiosa garantía de 180 días. Del 30 de Noviembre del 19 al día de hoy no han contestado y ni han venido a reparar lo que dejaron mal.
They left a washing machine wrong, they did not go when they told you that as they were already going to your house, and apart from leaving it wrong they do not even answer the phone to make their great 180 day guarantee. From November 30, 19 to today they have not answered and have not come to repair what they left wrong.
