Llevo 3 semanas para pedir que lo arreglen y no dan solución. De hecho cuando volvieron a venir dijeron que nos iban a cobrar por arreglar algo que ellos hicieron!!!! Muy mala atención ya sea en la sucursal de Metepec o la que está en Av. Lerma en san Mateo Atenco Terrible service, they fixed my laundry center for a pretty high price and broke a sensor. It took 3 weeks to ask to fix it and they don't give a solution. In fact when they came back they said they were going to charge us to fix something they did !!!! Very bad service either at the Metepec branch or the one on Av. Lerma in San Mateo Atenco

Pedí que me repararan mi lavadora, llegaron tardisimo por ella, la devolvieron maltratada, rayada y despostillada, la ensamblaron al revés de la base y el costo del servicio fue elevadisimo para una reparación tan simple. No los recomiendo, evítenlos a toda costa, son de los peores. Terrible service. I asked to have my washing machine repaired, they arrived very late for it, they returned it battered, scratched and despostillada, they assembled it upside down from the base and the cost of the service was very high for such a simple repair. I do not recommend them, avoid them at all costs, they are the worst.

Pero lo peor de la experiencia es que desde que tomas el teléfono para pedir informes la señorita que contesta no tiene un gramos de atención al cliente, nada de servicio, te apresura y dice que no tienen el servicio cuando lo anuncian como linea blanca. Ojala puedan mejorar con estos comentarios. Since they fixed my washing machine twice they have changed the circuit and when spinning I hear a squeak. But the worst thing about the experience is that since you pick up the phone to ask for reports, the lady who answers does not have a gram of customer service, no service, rushes you and says that they do not have the service when they advertise it as a white line. Hopefully they can improve with these comments.
d	dumajimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASCO DE EMPRESA. Me robaron una pieza de mi lavadora (me di cuenta hasta que la lleve a otro técnico y me dijo que le habian cambiado una pieza original por una china). Una vez que se llevaron mi lavadora, tuve que marcar DIARIO 2-3 veces durante 2 semanas porque NO ME QUERIAN DEVOLVER MI LAVADORA. Siempre groseros, rateros. NO RECOMENDADO! ASCO OF COMPANY. They stole a part from my washing machine (I realized it until I took it to another technician and he told me that they had exchanged an original part for a Chinese one). Once my washing machine was taken, I had to dial DAILY 2-3 times for 2 weeks because they DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN MY WASHER. Always rude, thieves. NOT RECOMMENDED!
