★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos para cumplir con su palabra. Te dicen que te entregarán tu electrodoméstico un díay pasa ese y muchos días más y nada. Te hacen perdedizas piezas y quedan de ir a tu domicilio a hacer la entrega y nunca llegan. Tienes que estar llamando miles de veces. Aparte tienen una secretaria que deja mucho qué desear en su atención.
 Lousy to keep your word. They tell you that they will deliver your appliance one day and that and many more days and nothing passes. They make you lose pieces and they have to go to your home to make the delivery and they never arrive. You have to be calling thousands of times. They also have a secretary who leaves much to be desired in their care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No cumplen, no dejan las cosas bien, generan costos extra de la garantía, no tienen para cuándo entregar los aparatos que arreglan, la atención es pésima y muy informal. Nada recomendable. Busquen otras alternativas para arreglar sus aparatos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que he recibido, no cumplen sus horarios,te cuelgan las llamadas, te dicen que "mañana de 9am a 8pm" llegan. Realizaron un trabajo en mi refrigerador y descompusieron otra cosa. Tenemos una semana con alimentos que se están echando a perder antes de lo que antes nos duraban.
Busquen otra opción!!!
The worst service I have received, they do not meet their schedules, they hang up the calls, they tell you that "tomorrow from 9am to 8pm" they arrive. They did a job on my fridge and broke something else. We have a week with food that is spoiling sooner than it used to last.
Look for another option !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio sus técnicos no saben y aparte me robaron piezas importantes y de mi casa , cuando hable para quejas sus empleados ofendieron y justificaron el robo. No contraten se roban las cosas de tu casa, es peligros, estoy en proceso de levantarle una denuncia penal y tuve que comprar otro refrigerador.
