Le pedí que me programará para un día por la mañana y me extrañó que me dijera que debo esperarlos todo el día (otra vez). Me pareció una falta de seriedad. Sin duda, algo que hay que mejorar en el servicio. Además hubo otros varios detalles, pero no me parece adecuado escribirlos aquí.
They did not comply in the time they said they were going to arrive at my home to attend to me. They told me they were going to go in the morning. It was 3 pm and they did not arrive. I asked him to schedule me for a day in the morning and I was surprised he told me that I should wait for them all day (again). It struck me as a lack of seriousness. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, me cobraron 600 pesos por desarmar mi estufa y nunca encontraron la fuga tuve que pedirles la devolución de mi dinero. Al siguiente día contraté a otra empresa , encontraron la fuga rápidamente y problema solucionado. No contraten a estas personas, perderán su tiempo y dinero.
