★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me espere un par de dias para realizar esta calificacion para poder experimentar que mi refrigerador realmente quedo funcionando bien y asi es , quedo muy bien:
-Puntualidad
-Responsabilidad ( acudieron dos ocasiones a mi casa ,una para poder hacer el diagnostico de la falla y la otra visita ya para hacer la reparacion) y en las dos ocasiones acudieron el dia acordado , aparte me dieron 2 meses de garantia por su trabajo , cosa que casi ningun tecnico hace , puedo decir que una buena atencion post-reparacion.
-Explicaciones : Algo que me llamo mucho la atencion fue que me explicaron de una forma muy clara y sencilla la falla de mi equipo tambien explicaron cual es el proceso de la reparacion.
Es la primera vez que contrato al Servicio Tecnico Merino , quede muy conforme , los estare recomendando

-Explanations: Something that caught my attention was that they explained to me in a very clear and simple way the failure of my equipment, they also explained what the repair process is.
It is the first time that I contract the Merino Technical Service, I am very satisfied, I will be recommending them
