★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio...no contestan y su horario no lo respetan...se acabo la garantia de lo que arreglo y dejo de funcionar al.llamar para explicar que ya no funciona de nuevo mi lavadora quedaron de regresar a revisar y nos quedamos esperando...claro.como ya cobraron!!
Bad service ... they do not answer and their schedule does not respect it ... it's the guarantee of what I fix and it stopped working to call to explain that it does not work again my washing machine was left to go back to check and we were waiting ... Clearly, they already charged!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy MAL servicio, no le colocaron las piezas que me cobraron y al reportar una anomalía en mi equipo que mandé a reparar solo vinieron a ponerle cinta para medio componer, es la segunda ves que necesito de sus servicios y no me han dado buenos resultados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal me agrado el servicio, desde la atención de la recepcionista hasta la explicación del técnico Luis que en todo momento respondió a mis dudas, recogieron mi lavadora porque había que cambiar el mecanismo completo, me enseñaron las piezas que cambiaron y las nuevas sin entorpecer en ningún momento su observancia, mi lavadora llego limpia, emplayada y funcionando correctamente, después de haber contactado diversos servicios de muy mala calidad me quedo satisfecho con su servicio, ampliamente recomendable (a mi parecer).
Personally, I like the service, from the attention of the receptionist to the explanation of the technician Luis who at all times answered my questions, they picked up my washing machine because the entire mechanism had to be changed, they showed me the parts that changed and the new ones without hinder its observance at any time, my washing machine arrived clean, emplayada and working correctly, after having contacted various services of very poor quality I am satisfied with their service, highly recommended (in my opinion).
