★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mediados del mes pasado acudí a este lugar para reparar mi laptop Toshiba, y la verdad es que quedé muy satisfecha con cómo me atendieron.
Cuando uno llega, le hacen una revisión general al dispositivo para dejar claro en qué estado llego, luego se fija una fecha en la que se comunican con uno para poder aclarar la causa del daño en el aparato, si hay reparación del mismo y en cuánto saldría dicha mejora en el dispositivo, y en el caso de querer proceder con la reparación, se debe hacer un adelanto de la mitad del costo total (por lo menos conmigo fue así, porque se debían mandar a pedir piezas nuevas para mi lap) o si uno desea acudir a otro lado, se hace la aclaración de que únicamente se deben pagar $400 por la revisión del dispositivo. Y finalmente, se comunican con uno para que pueda recoger su dispositivo ya arreglado. (La comunicación entre los técnicos es siempre por medio de WhatsApp, lo que es algo muy cómodo porque no es necesario estar viniendo y yendo a cada rato y más si se vive lejos del lugar).
Además, fueron siempre muy amables y atentos a mis dudas en todo momento, y es muy fácil llegar desde el metro o por el metrobus.
Recomiendo mucho el lugar.

And finally, they contact you so that you can pick up your already fixed device. (Communication between technicians is always through WhatsApp, which is very comfortable because it is not necessary to be coming and going all the time and more if you live far from the place).
In addition, they were always very friendly and attentive to my doubts at all times, and it is very easy to get there from the metro or by the metrobus.
I highly recommend the place.
