★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio parecía bien porque recogen tu laptop a domicilio y luego te la regresan y te cobran ahí mismo, pero quizás ese servicio ya no esté disponible. Pero una vez que se la llevaron, tuve que hablar para saber qué había sido de mi laptop porque nadie se tomó la molestia de informarme cómo iban las cosas. Para esto comunicarse resulta un problema, el teléfono proporcionado en maps nunca contesta y el único teléfono que está en su sitio web a veces tardas mucho para que lo contesten. Te dan un recibo por el aparato que se llevan pero dicho recibo tampoco tiene un teléfono aunque parezca increible. A mi laptop le cambiaron el teclado pero no le colocaron otro igual, que era retroiluminado, sino que le pusieron otro más sencillo, no retroiluminado. Ah, pero eso si, se quedaron con el teclado retroiluminado anterior que, si bien le fallaban varias teclas, no tenías porqué quedárselo y yo me imagino que si pueden arreglar las teclas obtienen un mejor teclado y a cambio me dan uno de menor calidad; creo que lo indicado era que me devolvieran el teclado anterior aunque estuviera en mal estado. Eso si, cobraron por la revisión y 3,500 más por la pieza que le cambiaron Me pareció decepcionante y si piensan llevar aquí su laptop mejor piénselo bien y vaya mejor a otro servicio más serio.

For this to communicate is a problem, the phone provided in maps never answers and the only phone that is on their website sometimes takes a long time for them to answer. They give you a receipt for the device that they take but this receipt does not have a telephone, although it seems incredible. They changed the keyboard to my laptop but they did not put another one like it, which was backlit, but they put a simpler one, not backlit. Ah, but yes, they stayed with the previous backlit keyboard that, although several keys were failing, you didn't have to keep it and I imagine that if they can fix the keys they get a better keyboard and in exchange they give me a lower quality one; I think the right thing to do was that they return the previous keyboard to me even if it was in bad condition. Of course, they charged for the review and 3,500 more for the part that they changed. I found it disappointing and if you plan to take your laptop here, better think about it and go better to another more serious service.
