★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención personal es excelente, peeero, es sólo un gancho pues hacen diagnosticos erróneos para hacer presupuestos carisísimos. Si finalmente no aceptas, te entregan tu vehículo con ciertos daños sobre todo (cubrepolvos, grapas sujetadoras, bandas flojas, ruidos que tu auto no tenía, etc) y de los cuales no se quieren responsabilizar. En resúmen, lo que les interesa es sacarte la mayor cantidad de dinero posible y para nada les interesa ti vehículo.
The personal attention is excellent, but, it's just a hook because they make erroneous diagnoses to make very expensive budgets. If you finally do not accept, they deliver your vehicle with certain damages above all (dust covers, fastening staples, loose bands, noises that your car did not have, etc.) and for which they do not want to be held responsible. In short, what interests them is to get as much money as possible from you and they are not interested in your vehicle at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I keep saying I love my Toyota car and the service they provide in this dealer and repair shop. I brought my car in an emergency to check my car due suspecting it was not properly charging my battery. Usually Saturdays they only receive cars for scheduled maintenance, as they only work half day. They commited to check it but perhaps could be until monday or later that my car could be ready. The good thing is they check it, and determined the only thing my car needed was a clean up on the exhaust system, and were able to return my car on the same day and charged me only the inspection fee. Their prices are much better tha other brands. I'm very happy with them.

On any previous negative review you will see a response. They do not attempt to defend themselves in this response, their incompetence is indefensible. Instead they put a number to call, no name, only a number which no one ever answers, or returns a message.
I brought my vehicle in to be checked over and because the washer for the windshield was not working. Three days later they could not fix it. They said that the radiator needed to be replaced, a part which can be purchased anywhere in Guadalajara for 3100mxn (copy attached) they charged me 12,000mxn for the radiator and a total of 16,500 for the nothing else.
Also they would not furnish me with an itemized receipt. Only my credit card receipt. I asked for it to be emailed to me as an alternative, but nothing.
Update:
I brought my vehicle to a local shop, in 20 minutes they repaired the windshield washer and charged me 500 pesos. Dalton had my car 3 days and couldn't fix it.
