★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé a la Sony para soporte y mantenimiento y me mandaron con este taller... nunca me imagine que fuera tan mal servicio! digo, son taller reconocido por Sony! En el local se ve que tienen muchísimo trabajo, no comprendo como alguien pueda no aprovechar y cuidar lo que tiene... en fin si lo que se necesita para que atienda son demandas, pues demandaremos.
Actualización: después de 4 meses y mucho batallar, por presión directa de la Sony México, me devolvieron la cámara ya reparada y funcionando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan el teléfono y los horarios en que dan servicio no lo respetan. Espere más de hora y media en que llegará la persona encarcagada. Solo acudan cuando necesiten hacer valida su garantía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando hice la llamada al 800 de Sony para validar la garantía me explicaron los pro y los contra y me causo preocupación, ya al contactar al técnico fue más alentador, de echo fue una excelente atención y servicio. El mismo día que lleve mi equipo me lo entregaron, cuestión de media hora.
