★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, me dejaron plantada, después llegaron tarde y no arreglaron el problema para lo que los contraté, me descompusieron cosas que estaban bien de mi estufa.
 Terrible service, they left me standing up, later they arrived late and they didn't fix the problem for which I hired them, they spoiled things that were good on my stove.

Y lo cancele por que me echaron a perder la lavadora, ya no queria que le metieran mano, son muy malos
Very bad service, zero punctuality to begin with, they spoiled the maytag washing machine, the technician had no idea about the failures, do not fall for this company, I DO NOT recommend them
And I canceled it because they spoiled my washing machine, I no longer wanted them to put a hand on it, they are very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me han dado un pésimo servicio en la ciudad de Cuernavaca. Verifiqué con Whirlpool y NO están certificados con ellos. Se llevaron mi lavadora un martes diciendo que la entregaban el sábado, el sábado llamé yo para preguntar la hora de entrega y me dijeron que la entregarían el martes. El martes volví a llamar para preguntar hora de entrega... la entregan y a los técnicos se les olvida una pieza para conectarla. Hasta el míercoles conectan la pieza y yo realizo el pago TOTAL del servicio y se retira el técnico. Al usar la lavadora se le sale el agua contenida en la tina y se inhunda mi lavandería y cocina (yo sola tuve que mover muebles, sacar y secar toda esa agua), el técnico vuelve y dice que olvidó conectar una manguera. Al día siguiente, hoy jueves, la lavadora no centrifuga y me niegan el servicio para este mismo día hasta el día siguiente "posiblemente" pueda ir el técnico. Además no hay Un correo de contacto directo con el gerente, todo el trato es através de los mismos empleados que están haciendo un pésimo trabajo desorganizado e irresponsable.
Conseguí el correo electrónico del dueño llamando a la oficina de Qro. Pero su respuesta se limita a indicarme cuándo va el técnico. Ni siquiera ha hecho una llamada para dar seguimiento a este pésimo trabajo.
They have given me a terrible service in the city of Cuernavaca. I checked with Whirlpool and they are NOT certified with them. They took my washing machine on a Tuesday saying it was delivered on Saturday, on Saturday I called to ask the delivery time and they told me that it would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday I called again to ask delivery time ... they delivered it and the technicians forgot a piece to connect it. Until Wednesday they connect the piece and I make the TOTAL payment of the service and the technician retires. When using the washing machine the water contained in the tub comes out and my laundry and kitchen sink (I only had to move furniture, remove and dry all that water), the technician returns and says he forgot to connect a hose. The next day, today Thursday, the washing machine does not spin and I refuse service for this same day until the next day "possibly" the technician can go. In addition there is no direct contact with the manager, all the treatment is through the same employees who are doing a terrible job disorganized and irresponsible.
I got the owner's email by calling the Qro office. But his response is limited to telling me when the technician is going. He has not even made a call to follow up on this lousy job.
