★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. No te atienden para garantías. Sepan que es una fachada tipo call center. Donde llamas, te asignan un técnico, y a ellos no los llames para nada más, porque hasta te mandan a Chin@@@ a tu m@dre (eso me hicieron a mi).
Además, no me repararon el lavavajillas. Es mejor buscar el teléfono directo de Whirlpool en Monterrey
Ellos si te asignan un técnico decente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efectivamente mal servició me cobraron 1800 por un servicio que realizaron mal que nunca quedó bien te dan una garantía que no sirve para nada,el tal Daniel solo me cuelga cada que marco,pésimo servicio no atienden bien todo lo dejan mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LOS CONTRATEN SI NO QUIEREN PERDER TIEMPO Y DINERO!!! Pesimo servicio, cobraron $2500 MXP por un sensor que despues buscandolo en mercado libre valia $200. Aun asi el refrigerador siguio fallando despues de la supuesta reparacion. Hable para garantia varias veces y solo decian que mandarian a alguien pero nunca vino nadie, me comunique con el tecnico directamente y tampoco vino.

No se hacen responsables de las garantías, se tiene uno que entender con el técnico que solo está pensando como dar mas caras la piezas, una pieza de 200 te la pueden dar hasta en 2,000 pesos

Me cobraron $1800 pesos por reparar una pieza de mi congelador y ahora suena horrible cada que arranca. Me comuniqué con el técnico y dijo que era normal. Me colgó y ya no me contesta. El centro de servicios que me dirigió Whirpool es en Blvd . Solidaridad las Torres 88 Metepec
No dan garantía de nada. Los denunciare a PROFECO ya que tengo la nota y direccion de su local.
Whirpool no se hace responsable de los técnicos que recomienda y los técnicos solo se dedican a estafar
