PESIMO SERVICIO CERRARON LA SUCURSAL DE LEON DE GTO Y NO HEMOS RECIBIDO NI EQUIPOS NI DINERO, Y AHORA RESULTA QUE SE CAMBIARON DE RAZON SOCIAL Y NADIE SABEN NADA, QUE MEDIOCRE PERSONAL, UN TAL GERENTE SUPUESTAMENTE LE HIBA A DAR EL SEGUIMIENTO PERO ES DIA QUE SIGUE SIN RESPONDER EL TELEFONO.
PESIMO SERVICE THE BRANCH OF LEON DE GTO WAS CLOSED AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER EQUIPMENT OR MONEY, AND NOW IT RESULTS THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR SOCIAL REASON AND NOBODY KNOW ANYTHING, THAT SOME MANAGER, ALLEGEDLY, WOULD GIVE HIM THE FOLLOWING STILL NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE.

Un servicio al cliente totalmente mediocre y de pésima calidad, casi 2 meses y sigo sin recibir mi equipo, hablo y dan pura escusa que cambios de personal y no se que, al final me cobraron y sigo atorado sin equipo y no me quieren regresar mi dinero. Existen mejores empresas con las que se puede tratar en Merida, desgraciadamente me di cuenta muy tarde de esto. Parece que contratan gente sin la preparación adecuada para manejar las marcas que venden, que en otras ciudades tienen calidad de servicio junto con el producto

Tardan muchísimo en entregar sus productos y a veces vienen dañados o con defectos. Si pides devolución de tu dinero te quieren penalizar con el 20%

Servicio muy malo, nunca pendiente de sus clientes. Hay que pelear para que nos manda una cotización, hay un problema con sus productos te dicen que te van hablar y no lo hacen... La unica cosa que les salva es que son los únicos que venden unas marcas en la península.... Pero hasta cuándo....

Pésimo servicio. Hay que estar detrás de ellos para que te atiendan se tardan más de 3 semanas en enviar un presupuesto. No les interesa el cliente ni el servicio que dan. Son amables pero hasta ahí. No se comunican con el cliente, no dan tiempos precisos de entrega y si no los estás presionando simplemente te olvidan y te quedaste sin servicio. Una pena.
