★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cobran anticipo de más del 80 %, no entregan en la fecha acordada diciendo que no ha venido el técnico, pueden pasar con el mismo pretexto durante una semana ¿qué empresa de reparación y refacciones está abierta y no tiene un técnico ?
Al final no arreglan lo que les das, e incluso llegan a usarlo descomponiendolo más o dejandolo sucio.
Cuando pides que reparen porque por algo pagaste el servicio, se enojan y no quieren repararlo

Es un servicio de pésima calidad. Luego luego que uno deja el aparato, de inmediato piden un anticipo de más del 70 %. Pero eso sí, para entregar las cosas tardan semanas y nada más te traen con vueltas.
Y a veces ocupan las cosas que reparan y las dejan todas sucias. Llevamos un electrodoméstico y tardaron en entregarlo. Dijeron una fecha que no cumplieron y nos hicieron dar vueltas por que íbamos en la fecha que decían y no estaba. Eso nos hicieron durante varios días. Pero eso sí, desde el primer día ya les urgía el anticipo.
Cuando la regresaron, estaba todo sucio, como si lo hubieran ocupado para derretir cosas. Y cuando reclamamos de por qué estaba tan sucio, lo único que hizo el encargado fue reirse sin decir nada, como si le causara risa que lo ocuparon y que no tuvieron la decencia siquiera de limpiarlo. Y a los pocos días ya no funcionaba. Y lo llevamos y dijeron que iba a estar listo para un determinado día . Incluso fuimos días después por que sabíamos que no lo iban a tener listo y a pesar de ello todavía no lo tenían listo.
No entregan a tiempo, usan las cosas y no tienen la decencia de entregarlas limpias, piden anticipo de inmediato pero nunca cumplen en la fecha que ellos mismos específican. Y cuando entregan el aparato al poco rato se vuelve a descomponer. Pésimo servicio

When they returned it, everything was dirty, as if it had been used to melt things. And when we complained about why it was so dirty, the only thing the manager did was laugh without saying anything, as if it made him laugh that they occupied it and that they didn't even have the decency to clean it. And after a few days it no longer worked. And we took it and they said it would be ready for a certain day. We even went days later because we knew they weren't going to have it ready and despite that they still didn't have it ready.
They don't deliver on time, they use things and don't have the decency to deliver them clean, they ask for an advance payment immediately but they never deliver on the date they specify. And when they deliver the device after a short time it breaks down again. Terrible service
