★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repararon un microondas el cual autorice el cambio de la tarjeta y la repararon y no duró más que 8 días, reclamé lo de la tarjeta y después supuestamente la cambiaron nueva la tarjeta, pero que ya No me daría garantía del trabajo y tristemente también duro una semana pero como me dijeron que ya no me darían garantía, pues me amole, pero si cobraron la revisión, la reparación y la tarjeta.
Que tristeza como a cambiado el servicio cuando el papá lo administraba, pero ahora con el hijo la atención es pesima y el servicio peor aparte te dan un precio de refacción y el hijo luego te da otro más elevado, ojalá le hubieran aprendido al Sr Rubio (Papá)
 They repaired a microwave which authorized the change of the card and they repaired it and it did not last more than 8 days, I claimed the card and then supposedly they changed the card new, but that would no longer give me a guarantee of work and sadly it also lasted one week but as they told me that they would no longer give me a guarantee, well, it hurts me, but they did charge for the revision, the repair and the card.
What a sadness how the service changed when the father administered it, but now with the son the attention is terrible and the worse service apart, they give you a spare price and the son then gives you a higher one, I wish they had learned from Mr. Rubio (Father)

Les llamé para reparar mi lavadora y primero me dieron un presupuesto razonable, pero después que lo acepté, me dijeron que era otra la falla y que se la tenían que llevar para revisarla en el taller. Me incrementaron el costo y me la regresaron con falla en otras funciones. Llamé a otro taller y me dijeron que el display estaba dañado, así como la bomba de desagüe.
Terrible service and they cheat you.
I called them to repair my washing machine and they first gave me a reasonable estimate, but after I accepted it, they told me that it was another fault and that they had to take it to the workshop to check it. They increased the cost and returned it to me with failure in other functions. I called another workshop and they told me that the display was damaged, as well as the drain pump.

BAD ATTENTION I REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE REPAIR OF MY REFRIGERATOR AND THE FIRST ROUND THEY WILL ONLY CHECK AND IF ONE DOES NOT MARK TO ASK FOR THE QUOTE THEY SAY THEY WILL SPEND YOU THEY COMMENT THAT THEY PASS AT SUCH TIME AND DO NOT ARRIVE WAIT FOR ANOTHER TYPE OF SERVICE HURT !!
