★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté una garantía extendida para una lavadora y después de 2 semanas me informan que debo esperar otras 2 más para que llegue la pieza y no me brindan ningún reporte para seguimiento por correo electrónico, por lo que estoy decepcionado de la marca y del servicio.
 I bought an extended warranty for a washing machine and after 2 weeks they inform me that I have to wait another 2 more for the part to arrive and they do not give me any report for follow-up by email, so I am disappointed with the brand and the service.
