★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hubieras creído qué se podía caer en un peor servicio qué alestra, pero si, equinix lo logro. Te atienden como si te hicieran un favor, pésimo control sobre sus procesos y para colmo el personal en lugar de ayudarte a agilizar parece que están enfocados complicarte cada paso que das. Recomiendo a las empresas buscar otro centro de datos para su hosting
You would never have believed what could be done in a worse service than alestra, but yes, equinix did it. They serve you as if they were doing you a favor, lousy control over their processes and to top it off the staff instead of helping you streamline it seems that they are focused on complicating every step you take. I recommend that companies find another data center for their hosting
