★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que les digo, en seguridad es muy eficaz como en cualquier fraccionamiento nuevo, pero las casas, ese es otro cantar, que no los engañen con eso de que es en "tres Marías", ya que solo son aglomeramientos urbanos aledaños a la verdadera tres Marías, y lo digo porque tengo los pelos de la burra en la mano, digamos que 5 casitas de Infonavit de estas caben perfectamente solo en el salón de música de una de las casas de tres Marías... En pocas palabras, la gente de dinero te paga $ 5500 solo por poner 4 taquetes en su chimenea para colocar una escultura que compraron en nueva York (EUA) y la viene a colocar su escultor en persona desde el reino unido.
Mientras que en una de estas casas intentas poner un taquete y parece que están construidas con cartón pintado, pésima construcción, mejor compra un terreno construye tu casa a tu gusto, el millón y medio que vas a gastar o más no vale la pena.
