★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue a las oficinas el día de la cita que era 8:30 pero no me atendieron por que según la persona que atendía se había ido de vacaciones y no sabían si llegaría otra persona de reemplazo, en esos caso deben avisar, así como se comportan prepotentes por no llegar 10 minutos antes a la cita, deben ser responsables, para evitar estas fallas tan graves
I arrived at the offices on the day of the appointment which was 8:30 but they did not attend me because according to the person who attended had gone on vacation and they did not know if another replacement person would arrive, in those cases they must notify, as well as they behave arrogant for not arriving 10 minutes before the appointment, they must be responsible, to avoid these serious failures
