★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amplio surtido en refacciones de electrodomésticos, cuentan con lugar de estacionamiento y están en Sta Tere lo que hace una exelente ubicación ya que de paso puedes comer algo por ahí o comprar algún adorno para tu casa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pierdas tu tiempo aquí, llevamos un dispensador de agua caliente y fría que empezó a sacar unas partículas, duraron 10 días para decirnos que iban a purgarlo, fuimos por él, nos cobraron $290 pesos y seguía saliendo el agua sucia así que lo devolvimos, tardaron nuevamente otros 7 días para disque resolverlo pero el agua continuaba sucia, la persona que “atiende”Brenda comenzó a alegar con nosotros que el agua estaba limpia y que no importaba que nos la tomáramos así, (adjunto fotos de cómo salía el agua), seguía terca hasta que le dijimos que mejor nos regresara el dinero y así lo hizo, al menos no tardó en hacerlo, porque todo lo demás fue excesivamente tardado e inútil.
Tuvimos que abrir el dispensador para saber que pasaba así que nos dimos cuenta que estaba en malas condiciones el enfriador, se había oxidado. No entiendo porque ellos no pudieron hacer esto y darnos el diagnóstico real.

Pésimo servicio.
Do not waste your time here, we brought a hot and cold water dispenser that began to remove some particles, they took 10 days to tell us that they were going to purge it, we went for it, they charged us $ 290 pesos and the dirty water kept coming out so we returned it, It took another 7 days to solve it but the water was still dirty, the person who "attends" Brenda began to allege with us that the water was clean and that it did not matter if we drank it like that, (I attach photos of how the water came out) She was still stubborn until we told her that we had better return the money and she did, at least she did not take long to do so, because everything else was excessively time consuming and useless.
We had to open the dispenser to find out what was happening so we realized that the cooler was in poor condition, it had rusted. I don't understand why they couldn't do this and give us the real diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De mi parte no daría ni una estrella . Si lo hago es por el joven que me atendió muy amable pero la encargada tal parece que va a trabajar de muy mala gana y por si fuera poco después de 10 minutos me dice que no tiene lo que buscaba !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos años fui para que me solucionaran un problema con una olla de presión marca Magefesa y todo bien servicio equis, también no es necesario que lo chiquien a uno.
Pero todo cambió la última vez que fui solicitando unas piezas para la misma olla, pero me dijeron que ya no manejaban los repuestos.
Muy de mala gana la mujer que atiende cero dispuesta a ayudar, o por lo menos tratar de dar un norte. Ni siquiera me quiso apoyar tratando de buscar en donde podía conseguirlos. En cambio la chava más joven que está también en mostrador se le veía dispuesta a hacerlo pero la otra más grande le hizo la mueca de que no lo hiciera.
Cómo que aplican la de, ¿si no me vas a comprar, cómo por qué te tengo que ayudar?
A la chava: Morrilla si ves éste mensaje, no vayas adoptar la misma conducta, se te nota que quieres dar un buen servicio pero no te lo permiten. Ojalá puedas generar el cambio.

Muy desorganizados, no repararon lo que se les solicitó, hace perder el tiempo.
Te dejan esperando en la línea telefónica "mientras te atienden" y después te cuelgan.
Pocas veces he recibido tan mal servicio en un lugar.
Parece que todos odian su trabajo.
Una vez recoja mi cafetera, no pienso volver jamás.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad, they change very high and too much of time consuming. We gave a blender for service they asked to pay 950 Mxn which is the new blender cost. After negotiating they took 650 Mxn still it's very high. Not sure how come oster is given this place as service center. It's a very bad experience.
