 Terrible service!!! And they don't accept prepaid guides ... So they aren't really Fedex.

It is not really Fedex, they resell the guides as such. That is why they do not accept the free market prepaid guides

Too bad you don't have express service ... I wanted to send a mini package of a couple of keys to my house and they arrived at cd del Carmen the following week ... it was as fast as it could be disappointing

It is a site where you can collect information about the parcel, yesterday I made some calls and they hung up, today I went and a man attended me very kindly, but anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location does not ship international packages. Refused to help me find a location that did. Said to go to Merida. That's it. Claim they were a contractor not a FedEx shipping location. They also had boxes in their office for FedEx shipping. But yet they claim that they don't ship FedEx. Spoke great English until I asked if I could use his phone to buy more minutes for mine because I found out I didn't have service to be able to go online and find a different location. Then all of the sudden he couldn't speak English. Absolutely pitiful service or should I say non-service. I highly recommend you don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at 1pm on a Wed and they were closed, despite the hours on the door saying otherwise. Phone number was also out of service. Ended up driving to Merida where they actually had good service. I think they also have some type of Aduana role so you might want to NOT use them for that either considering the lack of service people are getting on simple issues, can you imagine the grief of trying to use them to import something?
