En la mayoría de los centros de salud ( barra,melaque, el ranchito y la manzanilla) rara vez tienen personal suficiente o en este caso incluso vacunas básicas.
Hacen lo posible con lo que tienen pero probablemente mejor vayas a un particular

They do what they can with what they have but probably better go to a private
