Es totalmente un fraude, su atención es pésima, no dan información completa, por ende se canceló el trámite, se supone que te reembolsan el 50 % de 48 a 72 hrs y ya van 6 días y nada! No responden WhatsApp y tampoco llamadas, es horrible el servicio eviten malos ratos y hagan el trámite ustedes mismos, las oficinas están a un par de cuadras. Never go !!!!! Desde agosto hasta la fecha( febrero) jamás le importo a llevar acabo una verificación y el otro tuve que volver a pagar para que me entregaran las placas. Solo da largas, no contesta el teléfono y te tiene dando vueltas. No te reembolsa nada y te hace perder el tiempo! Terrible service, a scammer Javier Cruz.
