L	Leng Marcial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo para nada esta inmobiliaria, todos los asesores super mal capacitados con la documentación, piden anticipos para apartar el inmueble y no cumplen con lo acordado, negocian el precio sin la autorización del vendedor, y ellos mismos ponen el precio de venta para poder tener más ganancia aparte de la comisión que le cobran al mismo vendedor del inmueble, los trámites llevan meses a causa de la ineptitud de todos, incluyendo al jefe estos asesores. Tratan de ser amables, pero no tienen la capacidad, no saben ni los requisitos de los trámites y aún después de dar el anticipo siguen ofreciendo la propiedad que apartaste. Solo pudimos cerrar el trato por qué una persona que ya no labora ahí me pasó el dato de la vendedora, ya que ellos tratan de que nunca allá contacto entre ambas partes. Mi recomendación es que no se arriesguen a hacer trato con ellos de ninguna manera. Repuesta al dueño. Mejor preocúpate por dar un buen servicio, creo que las únicas opiniones falsas son las tuyas y las de tus colaboradores hablando positivo de tu pseudo inmobiliaria y si comento mi opinión no es para perjudicarte si no para evitarle a la gente que busca vender o buscar un patrimonio pase un mal rato. En serio tu que lees esto, abstente en la medida de lo posible a hacer tratos con esta inmobiliaria ya que tu patrimonio puede quedar en riesgo. Por cierto, las opiniones que ven positivas, son de sus propios trabajadores y dueño. Así o mas triste.
