★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una pieza de ultrasonido que me debían reparar, pero lo cambiaron por uno genérico compatible, con un año de garantía, sin embargo esta presentando fallas antes del año; yo perdí el número personal del ingeniero que me atendió en aquella ocasión y ahora en la empresa solo me contesta el conmutador y no encuentro persona física alguna que atienda mi petición.
 I have an ultrasound piece that they had to repair, but they changed it for a compatible generic one, with a one-year warranty, however it is showing failures before the year; I lost the personal number of the engineer who attended me on that occasion and now the company only answers the switch and I cannot find any natural person to attend my request.
