★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé un vehículo para que hiciera un diagnóstico de una transmisión automática dañada, el cual hizo en aproximadamente 20 minutos y su diagnóstico solo fue conectar el scanner al vehículo (ni códigos de error mostró en transmisión), posteriormente probar el vehículo andando y percatarse cómo comenzaba a fallar para finalmente decir que había que cambiar la transmisión completa, así sin más opciones ni nada más que comentar.
En mi opinión ofrecen un servicio muy poco profesional porque eso no es un diagnóstico, su respuesta rápida y fácil es reemplazar la transmisión completa. Cabe aclarar que no hay personal suficiente, te paras por el lugar y parece que no hay nadie trabajando, música con volumen muy alto que más que parecer un taller parece baile de pueblo.
Deja mucho que desear este lugar, pero para cobrar por su supuesta revisión ahí si se aparecieron. No vayan por este lugar.
I took a vehicle to make a diagnosis of a damaged automatic transmission, which he did in approximately 20 minutes and his diagnosis was only to connect the scanner to the vehicle (no error codes showed in transmission), then test the vehicle while walking and notice how it started to fail to finally say that the entire transmission had to be changed, so without more options or anything else to comment on.
In my opinion they offer a very unprofessional service because that is not a diagnosis, their quick and easy answer is to replace the entire transmission. It should be noted that there are not enough staff, you stop by the place and it seems that there is no one working, music with a very high volume that more than looks like a workshop it seems like a village dance.
This place leaves a lot to be desired, but to charge for their supposed review there if they showed up. Don't go through this place.
