When we finally signed the act, which was on April 23, they told me that the registration in the public registry of commerce would be done after obtaining the RFC. Getting an appointment at the SAT was an odyssey and there they made me notice that there was no registration and they denied that it had to be done after obtaining the RFC because it is a procedure that is carried out online and at no time do they ask for the aforementioned requirement as a requirement RFC. Since August 7, I returned to the notary with the company's tax registration certificate and we are not yet registered with the public registry of commerce. The last straw is that even communication is extremely complicated. There are days that I speak up to 5 times to the notary's office to speak with the lawyer in charge of my matter and I cannot communicate with him.
