★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el mes de junio vinieron a hacerme la evalucion de daños y es fecha que aún no me. Pagan efectivamente Eduardo pallares no responde los mensajes ni llamadas y lilia no da respuestas, espero #Conducef o #Profeco ya hagan algo y los de #Izzi respondan por los daños que han causado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente directo de izzi telecomunicación, y este seguro es su proveedor para como seguro de sis liebres y creo que son pésimos, tengo tres meses que me tienen en espera de hacer efectivo el seguro de mi aparato y sigo esperando aún sin una solución. Bueno son tan tan pedimos en el servicio como aseguradora que ni el teléfono que anuncian para comunicarnos contestan jamás hasta parece chiste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa es de lo peor. Nunca dan seguimiento, nunca contestan las llamadas o lso correos electrónicos, su dueño tampoco da la CARA que por cierto se llama "Eduardo Pallares Brockman". La Señorita Lilia Contreras que es la supervisora o la Gerente, tampoco atiende llamasa o correos.LLevo 6 meses esperando la resolución del daño de mi pantalla. Se jinetean el dinero, ya que IZZI telecom les otorga un presupuesto y lo que hacen es juntar todas las autorizaciones y comprar todos los equipos haciendo que les den un mejor descuento y quedarse con el dinero restante. Cabe mencionar que aún llevando 6 meses de problemas, forzan a uno esperarse un mes más para que te den un equipo. Pero si no estas de acuerdo con el equipo que te dan, tienes que volver a esperar a que se realice nuevamente la Gestión de la docuemntación. Esto se llama NO TENER MADRE!!!! todavía que soy el agraviado, tengo que soportar todo esto. Por favor no se dejen estafar por estas empresas.
This company is the worst. They never follow up, they never answer calls or emails, their owner doesn't give the FACE, which by the way is called "Eduardo Pallares Brockman". They take the money, since IZZI telecom gives them a budget and what they do is collect all the authorizations and buy all the equipment, giving them a better discount and keep the remaining money. But if you do not agree with the equipment they give you, you have to wait again for the Documentation Management to be carried out again. This is called NOT HAVING A MOTHER !!!! Even though I am the aggrieved, I have to endure all this. Please don't be scammed by these companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Por parte de RESCATEC nunca contestan el teléfono ni los correos. Varias personas me han comentado que no regresan los aparatos ni pagan nada. IZZI no apoya en nada y los ejecutivos solo dicen que me arregle con la aseguradora. Que no es su problema o que no pueden hacer nada.
Terrible service. On the part of RESCATEC they never answer the telephone or the mails. Several people have told me that the devices do not return or pay anything. IZZI does not support anything and the executives only say that I settle with the insurer. That is not your problem or that they cannot do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace un mes hicieron la evaluación de los daños causados a mi instalación por el técnico de Izzi y dijeron que a más tardar en una semana lo vendrían a reparar y nada. Los de Izzi me dicen que ya el trato es directamente con la aseguradora y que ellos no me pueden dar solución . He llamada muchas veces al tel proporcionado y no contestan. Las únicas 2 veces que contestaron fue de milagro y me dijeron que en una semana se comunicaba el ingeniero encargado de la reparación, ya pasó una semana y hoy me dijeron lo mismo.
PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE IZZI Y DE LA ASEGURADORA.

Yo opino que nos unamos y metamos demanda ante PROFECO. Que opinan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace ya 4 semanas los trabajadores de izzi dañaron mi vehiculo, a la fecha rescatec no se ha hecho cargo de la reparación, solo dan largas, nunca contestan el telefono y los correos tardan muchisimo en contestar, ahora procederemos legalmente ante la fiscalia.
4 weeks ago the izzi workers damaged my vehicle, to date rescuec has not taken over the repair, they just wait, they never answer the phone and the emails take a long time to answer, now we will proceed legally before the prosecution.
