Cuando le preguntamos el costo en ningún momento se especificó, mencionaron; y cito textualmente "depende de lo que haga el técnico". Al solicitar el servicio se enviaron fotos del modelo del calentador. Llega el técnico y dice "es que no da chispa" (cosa que yo ya sabia). "hay que bajarlo y abrirlo pero igual no va a quedar bien por que no hay piezas de este tipo de calentadores" (cosa que pudieron decirme al ver el modelo). El chiste me costó 300 pesos. Sólo para decirme lo que yo ya sabía. El calentador no sirve. Definitivamente no recomiendo la empresa. Soy Google guide y procuro documentar mi experiencia con locales y servicios para evitarle el trago amargo o recomendar la experiencia a otros. Pésima empresa. Pésimo servicio y muy caro. A review was requested by this company. When we asked the cost at no time was it specified, they mentioned; and I quote verbatim "it depends on what the technician does". When requesting the service, photos of the heater model were sent. The technician arrives and says "it is not sparkling" (which I already knew). "You have to lower it and open it, but it still won't look good because there are no pieces of this type of heater" (which they could tell me when they saw the model). The joke cost me 300 pesos. Just to tell me what I already knew. The heater does not work. I definitely don't recommend the company. I am a Google guide and I try to document my experience with places and services to avoid the bitter drink or recommend the experience to others. Terrible company. Terrible service and very expensive.
