El empleado Roberto de la Rosa no sabe reparar refrigeradores se llevó más de 1 mes mi refri y me lo dejó peor a como estaba pague 2400 por ese servicio para nada y jamas dieron la cara MUY MAL SERVICIO NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!!
Very bad service, the lady who is through the whats never answers and never knows what happens with the services that are carried out. The employee Roberto de la Rosa does not know how to repair refrigerators, he took my fridge for more than 1 month and left it worse than I was paying 2400 for that service for nothing and they never gave their face VERY BAD SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio son unos estafadores, ya vi que muchas personas tuvieron el mismo problema con ustedes, hacen mal trabajo y luego desaparecen. Son unos sin vergüenza , si ven este mensaje no los contraten, su garantía no sirve para nada. No tienen local fijo, ignoran las llamadas y mensajes por donde les manden.
Terrible service, they are scammers, I have seen that many people had the same problem with you, they do a bad job and then they disappear. They are shameless, if you see this message do not hire them, their guarantee is useless. They do not have a fixed location, they ignore calls and messages wherever they are sent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un estafador, no lo contraten, le pague $5,000 por el cambio de una tarjeta de un refrigerador, al mes volvio a fallar, nunca me hizo valida la garantia: cuando vino otro tecnico a revisarlo me di cuenta que no cambio la tarjeta, solo la mando reparar y lo hizo mal...¡es un ladron!

Vinieron a reparme la lavavajilla, me cobraron 2 mil pesos por cambiar un relevador. Cuando lo instalaron, siguio fallando asi que me dijeron que se tenian que llevar la tarjeta de la lavavajillas porque tenia un error. Despues desaparecieron, me contestaron varias veces que ya estaba reparado y mañana venian, pero nunca se aparecieron. Dejaron de contestar el telefono, whatsapp, facebook, todo. Solo me dejan en visto y me ignoran. Me dejaron la lavavajilla desarmada e inservible.
