Me atendió un joven de nombre Carlos.
Fue súper atento, respetuoso y gentil.
Le pedí que me vendiera las refacciones que le hacían falta a mi máquina y que me pusiera el motor, ya que estaba guardado y yo no sabía colocarlo.
Me atendió y llegó una señora para hacer un pequeño ajuste a su máquina; el joven me vió y yo asentí con la cabeza dando mi aprobación para esperar después de ella.
Cuando terminó, llegó otro cliente y un señor muy malhumorado, me dijo que si me quitaba para que conectara un maquina para probarla, y dado que ya llevaba más de 1 hora ahí, le indiqué que no lo haría hasta que no respetaran mi turno. Fue súper incómodo y se puso a reclamarle al joven llamado Carlos. Le dijo que tenía que dejar la máquina para un servicio (cosa que NO era mi solicitud, sino comprar refacciones y solicitar que me colocaran el pequeño motor).
El señor malhumorado se puso muy agresivo y yo solo le dije al joven Carlos que “no era justo” que si yo había esperado de buena voluntad, él permitiera que me faltaran así al respeto.
Le dije que ya no quería nada, pero al final si me llevé las refacciones que aparecen en la nota ? que me dió.
Ese joven: “Carlos”, tiene una calidad humana digna de reconocer. Jamás le faltó al respecto al otro señor y solo pudo ser prudente al mantenerse callado...
SOLO CONTEMPLA MI EXPERIENCIA SI DESEAS IR AHÍ PARA EVITAR QUE NO SEAS TRATADO DE ESE MODO TAN INJUSTO Y HUMILLANTE.
(Qué lástima, no tengo solo una máquina aquí... pudo ser divertido arreglarlas todas de una ves), en fin...
NO TODOS AMAN SU TRABAJO NI SU SUSTENTO DIARIO.

I was attended by a young man named Carlos.
He was super attentive, respectful and kind.
I asked him to sell me the spare parts that my machine needed and to fit me the engine, since it was stored and I didn't know how to fit it.
He attended me and a lady came to make a small adjustment to her machine; The young man saw me and I nodded my approval to wait after her.
When it was over, another client arrived and a very grumpy man told me that if I left so that he could connect a machine to test it, and since I had been there for more than 1 hour, I told him that I would not do it until they did not respect my turn. It was super uncomfortable and he began to claim the young man named Carlos. He told him that I had to leave the machine for a service (which was NOT my request, but to buy parts and request that they put the small motor on me).
The grumpy man became very aggressive and I just told young Carlos that "it wasn't fair" that if I had waited in good faith, he would allow them to disrespect me like that.
I told him I didn't want anything anymore, but in the end I did take the spare parts that appear in the note ? he gave me.
That young man: "Carlos", has a human quality worth recognizing. He never lacked the other gentleman in this regard and could only be prudent by keeping quiet...
ONLY CONTEMPLATE MY EXPERIENCE IF YOU WANT TO GO THERE TO AVOID BEING TREATED IN THAT UNFAIR AND HUMILIATING WAY.
(Too bad, I don't have just one machine here...it could have been fun to fix them all at once), well...
NOT EVERYONE LOVES THEIR JOB OR THEIR DAILY LIVELIHOOD.
