En el edificio donde se encuentra la empresa me pareció un espacio limpio y agradable en el vestíbulo principal. Te toman la temperatura, te dan gel antibacterial, si eres primera vez te registras. Al llegar al piso 17 donde está SerTec, igualmente hay vigilancia privada. El recibimiento por parte de la reclutadora es buena, te atiende bien y te hace las preguntas correspondientes a la primera entrevista, que me parecen certeras. En general también creo que es un lugar de trabajo donde aprendes mucho por la capacitación que te dan y por las actividades que se realizan.

Tienen también su programa de capacitación constante y el desarrollo laboral es real.

Working bonus is always imposible, only a few of staff actually care about your performance and your well being and thats because there paycheck depends on it. If you are joining just to kill time and find an actual stable job for you in the mean while this is a good place.
