GROSS service. Terrible deal. They came 4 times to fix a fridge and it never turned out right and they did NOT return my money. Don't waste your money on these pickpockets.

K	Karla Alvarado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un fraude me cobraron 2200 por la lavadora y me duro 3 meses no me bailo la garantía me kerian cobrar 650 más no me pusieron la pieza y por si fuera poco me di cuenta que me le habían desconectado algo por abajo de la lavadora They are a fraud they charged me 2200 for the washing machine and it lasted 3 months I did not dance the guarantee kerian charge me 650 more they did not put the piece and to top it off I realized that they had disconnected something from under the washing machine

Despues el refri no quedo bien se les marco y vinieron y dijeron que era otra cosa, la tarjeta y que le cobraban otros 450 pesos por ponerla , el tecnico me dio la opcion a mi mama en que ella pudiera comprar la pieza y se le marca al dueño el señor Cano, y resulta que mi mamá le dijo al tecnico que no podia salir hasta que ella no llegara.. en fin , esto no se va a quedar asi hasta que no nos den una solucion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Bad service, do not give note or receipt, we came to check a refri charged us 1400 pesos for cleaning and gas. Then the fridge did not fit well and they came and said it was something else, the card and charged another 450 pesos to put it, the technician gave me the option to my mother in which she could buy the piece and it is marked the owner Mr. Cano, and it turns out that my mother told the technician that she could not leave until she did not arrive .. well, this is not going to stay that way until they give us a solution.

Nos cobraron 1300 por "mantenimiento" y ponerle gas, luego nos querían cobrar 5 mil por cambio de compresor, sin saber cómo diagnosticar el problema apropiadamente. No nos reembolsaron el total de lo que pagamos y en general dan un mal servicio. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They charged us 1,300 for "maintenance" and putting gas on them, then they wanted to charge us 5,000 for changing the compressor, not knowing how to properly diagnose the problem. We were not reimbursed in full for what we paid and generally give poor service.
