Me prometieron un tiempo de 3 semanas y ya pasó más de un mes y no se dignan en marcarme para ver en qué va o cuál es el estatus. Les marco para reclamarles y el ingeniero hablándome de tú como si fuéramos amigos, me dijo que mejor me regresa mi pieza y me regresa mi dinero. No son profesionales en los tiempos de entrega. Le hablan de tú al cliente como si fueran amigos. No fueron capaces de conseguir la pieza que había que cambiar. El ingeniero se hace el ofendido porque le reclamo que su servicio es muy malo y tardado y mejor me regresa la tarjeta de mi aire. No lo recomiendo, no cumplen con la reparación, no son capaces de hacerte una llamada, dan un pésimo servicio al cliente y no son capaces de reparar te tú aire!!! R	Rocio Read on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called to make the appointment I asked if their technicians were certified and if they could provide a letter of certification. They stated that they could provide the letter (as I also explained that I need the letter for the warranty of my units). When they arrived at my house, it was a van full of teens, so I immediately asked for the letter of certification. To make a long story short (because we all know that in PDC most business are poorly run) I called the office on several occasions and I was finally told to look for someone else to do the job. So I can say that they are very unprofessional and PROBABLY DO NOT HAVE CERTIFIED TECS.
