★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar excelente, muy recomendable, llamé de madrugada, momento después de que falleció mi "mini pantera", y en ese momento me dieron informes del procedimiento a seguir, todo esto se realizó en el mismo día. Me da gusto saber que existe este crematorio para mascotas, ya que en mi familia decidimos cremar a Clovis, en vez de tirar sus 20 años de edad a la basura.
Excellent place, highly recommended, I called in the early morning, moment after my "mini panther" died, and at that moment they gave me information on the procedure to follow, all this was done on the same day. I am glad to know that this pet crematorium exists, since in my family we decided to cremate Clovis, instead of throwing his 20 years old in the trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exclente servicio, sin duda de los mejores desde que los contactas te atienden muy amablemente y resuelven todas tus dudas, y al momento en que tu mascota fallece están ahí apoyando en todo, las instalaciones impecables, te enseñan que sea realmente tu mascota y que todo esta limpio, te entregan un certificado y una carta muy Bonita, sin duda lo recomiendo mil veces.

Llegó la carroza y una unidad para nuestro traslado. Pudimos dar el último adiós y esperar su urna en sus instalaciones. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent service in telephone attention. His staff is very attentive and helpful. Great human warmth and respect for my pet that we cremated today. The float and a unit arrived for our transfer. We were able to say goodbye and wait for his urn at his facilities. I highly recommend them.
