Promete que la entrega se realizará en un rango de horario, en este caso: "de 9am a 4pm". Sin embargo no cumplen pues recogen y despachan el pedido pasadas las 10am y la entrega sucede pasando HORAS del horario establecido.
Lo más defendible es el personal que labora con ellos realizando las entregas, pues es muy amable y atento.
As a parcel and courier service, it is somewhat deficient compared to others.
It promises that the delivery will be made within a range of hours, in this case: "from 9am to 4pm". However, they do not comply because they pick up and dispatch the order after 10am and the delivery happens after HOURS of the established schedule.
The most defensible is the staff that works with them making deliveries, as they are very friendly and attentive.
