★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esto está dirigido a todas las personas que han solicitado un servicio de cremación para sus mascotas recomiendo pedir un recibo en el cual este especificado si recuperas o no la cenizas de tu mascota ya que en este establecimiento Eukanuba servicios veterinarios ubicado en matagalpa 1000 lindavista norte yo pagué el servicio de recuperación de cenizas y hasta me pidió mi número telefónico para avisarme al dia siguiente para recoger las cenizas me dijo se te da una urna cerámica y un certificado de cremación,desgraciadamente pasaron cinco días en los cuales no recibí llamada alguna me presente en la veterinaria el sexto dia,el veterinario no estaba y no me dieron razón de mi mascota y hoy al octavo dia me pude comunicar y resulta que se equivocó y mandó un servicio sin recuperación de cenizas y ahora quién me devuelve a mi mascota de 17 años y medio,el solo se disculpo y con un me equivoque le basta. Que tal si hubiera sido su mamá o su esposa o su hija(o). Ojala así como les importa les vaya en la vida.
