I had a very bad experience, I took my kitten to be spayed. When they finished intervening on her, they told me that everything had gone well. After 2 months my kitten cried like when she went into heat, months later she also marked the furniture with urine, these behaviors were intermittent and since she was already sterilized I never thought they were heat behaviors. Until a year later it was very noticeable that if she was in heat she was meowing very loud for 15 days, she hardly slept or ate she was very restless, she marked everything with urine; furniture, clothes, beds and when you caressed her she would stop her tail. I called the vet to tell them about the situation, who answered me was Dr. Yunuen Flores, she told me that there was surely a remnant left at the time of the operation (which she mentioned had already happened to them). I asked him if he had any guarantee of his service to which he said no. Then he asked me to speak to him, Dr. Roberto Jiménez, who was the one who operated on my kitten, when he told him everything, he told me that I needed to take her to be checked and make sure that if she was in heat and then we would see what could be done. With their so unspecific answers, they did not give me confidence to take my kitten with them again, in addition to the fact that I would have to pay for the ultrasound they intended to do, the intervention again and medications. So I decided to take my kitten to another veterinarian, when he intervened she realized that they had not left a remnant but that it had been the entire left ovary !!!! This only highlights the unprofessionalism and ability they have both to perform surgery and to remedy a situation for which they are responsible. His mistake caused my kitten to undergo double surgery and double recovery, it caused me double cost of transportation, consultation, surgery and medications. My kitten is already recovered but in all that process she did not have a good time, I was distressed that something would be complicated in both surgeries. And for all this the veterinarians of OLA VERDE NOT EVEN APOLOGIZED MUCH LESS THEY BECOME RESPONSIBLE.
