★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent tool service for lots of brands, some of which they actively promote. I'm a frequent Dremel tool user and these folks service Dremel tools. They usually have the needed parts in stock and can get the job done in a day or two. Also to their credit is their stock of a wide variety of Dremel accessories.
I've been known to bring in 5 Mototools at a time, and that can catch them off-guard, but they recover nicely. The most common needs are motor armature brushes and variable speed swirches, both of which are subject to rapid wear.
They also do DeWalt (formerly Black and Decker) tool repairs, and a wide range of other brands.
The store front is small which makes it hard to locate, but it's worth the "easter egg hunt." In my experience, these folks know their business and do it well.
