Terrible service. They had a screen for a month and could not fix it. They never communicate and the staff is very good mothers. I had to go pick her up and not even an apology didn't know her mind just because she was a woman.

Terrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone, without a hint of discretion or kindness. They think that you are at your disposal at all times, they marked me Thursday at 12 o'clock to tell me that they would take my screen to me at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I answered that I was working, it was not possible for me, that I could be the next day which answered me not because they do not deliver in the same area two days in a row, I do not block but we agreed that it was Monday, they would mark me to see what time they would deliver it, they call me at 10:27 while I was taking a bath, When I left I saw the missed call and a message, I answered the message 10:53 and after spending a few minutes and seeing that they did not answer I decided to call, the young lady answered me with her characteristic kindness, leaving me a few moments waiting, and when she answered me I said I speak for a screen that they agreed to deliver today, the lady tells me that it can not be today because the technician has already left, that it was my fault for not answering the call, and already angry I tell the young lady that she had not been able to answer because I was bathing, what I answered is that we agreed that on Monday I was going to call early and did not answer, or you have to be all the time stuck on the phone because if you lose your call it was worth, I told the lady that I think it's silly if we had already left because he did not send it to the respondent, that's his policy, but coincidentally he tells me that on Thursday he sends it to me without having to call me before, that is, is it political or not? After a while of arguing, I already quite annoyed ask her that I passed to the person who is above her, casually says that there is no one. Annoyed I tell him that I do not even wait for my screen on Thursday. We hang up, 5 minutes later he tells me that the technician has returned and that he can send it to me today. Waiting for the afternoon to arrive to see how the repair was, but only for customer service I do not recommend anyone their services.

Terrible service, don't take your panatallas there. 1 year it remained in repair, they never found the material, they sent another used screen and in terrible condition, they only scam and steal the screens.

Take to repair a Logitech equipment (which by the way are very delicate) without problem they checked it the next business day, they notified me what repair would be necessary and the cost. On the 5th day they talked to me to indicate that the equipment was ready, and they also give you a 60-day guarantee after delivery, which is very good! Excellent attention and service.

Terrible service and Bad deeds. They never called me for follow-up in over a week to find out about my email. I had to call and they didn't know what had happened to my device. I do not recommend it. When checking my device inside, I realized that they had not checked it and that they only soldered the fuse with a wire so that the minimum change in power would destroy the motherboard. One more who gets on the boat of lousy in attending and repairing. I do not recommend it.
