★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor servicio que he recibido de impresiones. Estuve 30 minutos esperando y la persona que tienen no es capaz de darte un tiempo estimado de espera. Le consulte que cuando podría atenderme y solo indicaba que no sabia y con mala cara. Si la persona que tienen no sabe atender, programar trabajos y entregas pueden buscar y contratar a alguien mas. No fui la única cliente que se molesto había 2 personas más que se molestaron por su falta de servicio. Ojalá puedan revisar el servicio que estan dando; y que lamentable es que pierdan clientes por ese servicio.
It is the worst service I have ever received from Impressions. I was waiting 30 minutes and the person they have is not able to give you an estimated waiting time. I asked him when he could attend me and he only indicated that he did not know and with a bad face. If the person they have does not know how to attend, schedule jobs and deliveries, they can find and hire someone else. I wasn't the only customer who was upset there were 2 more people who were upset by their lack of service. Hopefully they can review the service they are giving; and how unfortunate it is that they lose customers for that service.
