★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por las opiniones de otras personas, tal parece que este negocio "secuestra" partes de equipos para después intentar cargar montos elevados por sus diagnósticos, y luego esto lo confirman por la muy mala manera de responder a las críticas de sus clientes (y son varios!)
Es normal que ustedes cobren por el diagnóstico de los equipos (y es lo lógico), pero deberían hacerlo por adelantado y no utilizar prácticas que a todas luces se ven abusivas.
Cuando se repara un equipo de cualquier tipo, el diagnóstico tiene un precio y la reparación otro. Lo común es que una vez reparado el equipo se deduzca el costo del diagnóstico del mismo, pero jamás que se queden con las piezas dañadas para "forzar" al cliente a repararlo con ustedes.
Les recomiendo cambiar la forma de responder a sus clientes y la forma de cobrar por sus servicios; por mi parte ya perdieron a un cliente potencial.

It is normal for you to charge for the diagnosis of the equipment (and it is logical), but you should do it in advance and not use practices that clearly look abusive.
When repairing a piece of equipment of any kind, the diagnosis has a price and the repair another. The common thing is that once the equipment is repaired, the cost of diagnosing it is deducted, but never that they keep the damaged parts to "force" the customer to repair it with you.
I recommend that you change the way you respond to your customers and the way you charge for your services; for my part they have already lost a potential client.

Pésimo servicio, fueron a revisar la lavadora la destaparon y según ellos la revisaron en 5 minutos que la bomba estaba quemada querían cobrar 2400 de la bomba, cuando la revisamos después nosotros notamos una manguera cortada la cambiamos y la lavadora funciono.
Scammers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé mi lava-secadora para que le arreglaran un ruidito. Después de 4 días me la trajeron peor. Brincaba y mi esposa y yo tuvimos que trapear hasta las 12 AM por qué instalaron mal las mangueras... Después vinieron por ella y la volvieron a dejar súper mal... Quise contactar al encargado y nunca regresa las llamadas y más bien se esconde.
Estás personas no responden por el servicio que dan!
I sent my washer-dryer in to have a little noise fixed. After 4 days they brought it to me worse. She jumped and my wife and I had to mop until 12 AM because they installed the hoses wrong... Then they came for her and left her in a very bad way again... I tried to contact the manager and he never returns the calls and rather hides .
These people do not answer for the service they give!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos estafadores rateros pedí un servicio por el cual me pidieron un adelanto del 70% jamás fueron con la pieza que supuestamente iban a comprar y no me han regresado el dinero y la cotización fue casi de 5,000 pesos Rateros !!! A denunciar obvio no se quedará así, porque además nisiquiera están en el domicilio que anuncian y son tan sinicos que si les preguntas la dirección dan la misma cuando ahí es una tienda de ropa tuve que ir a buscarlos y oh sorpresa no existen! Pero no por eso se escapan de la ley porque por lo que veo a eso se dedican a estafar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy poniendo una estrella por que no existen 100 estrellas negativas " ALERTA NO SE DEJEN ESTAFAR POR ESTA GENTE" Se dedican a robar me pidieron anticipo para arreglar un equipo y al siguiente día según arreglarian el.mismo , han pasado 6 días, le echan la culpa al técnico ellos se hacen bueyes y dan largas, cometi el error , una de confiar y otra de no haber checado los comentarios de otras personas que también les fue mal , por ahí se ven algunos comentarios buenos pero creo son paleros de ellos mismos para dar confianza y lo peor es el cinismo de como les responden a los afectados a ver que mentira me contestas . Si me regresas mi dinero me retracto aquí mismo, si no saturare por todos los medios lo que son , aparte de una denuncia.

Durante dos días se comprometieron a revisar mi lavadora en horarios en los que no llegaron y cuando finalmente llegaron a mi domicilio tardaron 30min en subir de la recepción a mi departamento. Al día siguiente fueron a "arreglar" la lavadora y a darle "mantenimiento". Tampoco llegaron a la hora y cuando llegaron hicieron todo segun ellos en 10min (reparación y mantenimiento) y me querían cobrar $1,800.00 pesos cuando el presupuesto que me dieron fue de $1,600.00. Usé la lavadora y ahora hace ruidos terribles. Llamé para la garantía y a la fecha no se han presentado. Incluso la secretaria, que es una mujer super grosera e inneficiente cuelga el teléfono de contacto cuando se le llama. ¡POR FAVOR AHORRENSE UN PROBLEMA Y NO LOS CONTRATEN!
I made the grave mistake of hiring these inept people. For two days they promised to check my washing machine at times when they did not arrive and when they finally arrived at my home it took them 30 minutes to go from the reception to my apartment. The next day they went to "fix" the washing machine and give it "maintenance".
